Gift cards are filled out personally by hand and sent via Standard USPS to the provided shipping address using the information provided in the form on this page. Once the form is completed, you will be directed to PayPal (paypal.me/cafeloren) to complete your purchase and you will receive a confirmation e-mail once it is in the mail.
